SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the production of tissue equivalents of parenchymal organs. The invention is obtaining a decellularized matrix by fragmentation, freezing of biological material, its subsequent grinding, and decellularization.
EFFECT: invention is effective for accumulating biological material for subsequent decellularization; increasing the yield of the final product due to a reduction in the stages and duration of tissue processing without changing the efficiency of the decellularization process; ensuring the preservation of the ECM component — GAG by eliminating the use of hypertonic solution.
