FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of regenerative medicine. Method for preparing a matrix for creating a bioengineering esophagus in an experiment is proposed. Carry out isolation and purification of the esophagus of experimental animals from the surrounding connective tissue, cannulation of the cranial and caudal parts of the esophagus, decellularization of detergents and enzymes, and washing of the esophagus from decellularizing solutions. Quality of decellularization is confirmed by immunohistochemical analysis by the presence of collagen types I and IV, laminin, elastin, fibronectin and the absence of smooth muscle actin, tropomyosin, components of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, as well as the absence of a pronounced cellular inflammatory response to a subcutaneous implantation test of the prepared matrix in vivo.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of the resulting matrix.
