Tie the ends of the thread at the medial angle of the eye and fix them to the periosteum.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simulate the orbicular muscle of the eye by counteracting the levator palpebrae superioris, narrowing the eye fissure along the vertical axis, improving the turgor of the periorbital tissue and adapting the eyelids to the eyeball.
