SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery, oncology and radiation diagnostics, can be used as a method of preoperative assessment of lymphogenic metastasis of esophageal and gastric cancer. Method is based on implementation of MSCT with 3D-reconstruction taking into account the data of ultrasound. Initially MSCT of the thoracic and abdominal organs is performed in the standard, then in the arterial and venous regimens with intravenous contrast enhancement. From the images obtained, a 3D image of the gastric lymphatic system is produced in .stl format using the methods of multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and rendering for three-dimensional visualization (VRT). Further – computer modeling by entering into the 3D image the results of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) regional lymph nodes of the esophagus and/or stomach with subsequent mapping of metastatically affected nodes in the .stl format.

EFFECT: method provides accurate pre-operative planning of the volume of surgical intervention, optimal operative access and volume of lymphadenectomy, simplifies the visual assessment of the 3D model for the surgeon.
