FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to oncology, and concerns methods for prediction of risk of hematogenic metastasis in double-sided metachronous invasive non-specific type of mammary glands. Method: histological examination of the light level of tissue all regional lymph nodes, obtained after the surgical intervention, and determining the number of lymph nodes with metastases, followed by calculating a regression equation Y value is calculated by formula: Y=(-7.1+2.8 X1), where (-7.1) - free regression coefficient Member; X1 - intensity of lymphatic ("1" - metastatic lymph nodes is absent, "2" - is determined to 3 lymph nodes with metastases, "3" - 4 and more lymph nodes are determined with metastatic involvement), (2.8)-regression coefficient that feature, then, a probability of developing haematogenous metastases p is determined by formula: P=eY/(1+eY), where e is mathematical constant equal to 2.72. When probability of P≥50% shows high, while p<50% shows a low risk of developing haematogenous metastases. Degree of reliability of the method: χ2=173.9; p=0.0000, sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 78%.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining reliable magnitudes characterizing a degree of risk of hematogenic dissemination in a specific patient, reflecting prediction of clinical course of oncological disease.
