FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Form a combined layer by sewing the parietal peritoneum with the edge of the large omentum with single seams. Over the formed combined layer, single-suture seals fix a mesh endoprosthesis 0.5–0.6 mm thick, edges of which are also fixed by single or U-shaped seams under the edge of the aponeurosis on both sides. Flap of the hernial sac is fixed over the net by single sutures. Edges of the aponeurosis are not stitched together, but two rows of sutures are sewed on both sides to a flap of the hernial sac fixed to the mesh endoprosthesis.
EFFECT: method prevents postoperative complications and relapse of the hernia.
