FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and surgery. Operative organ-preserving treatment of kidney cancer, includes a combination of endovideosurgical and open access. Laparoscopic access is dissected by ligament-fixing ligaments. Remove paranephric fiber. Remove central optical trocar on the pararectal line, 3 cm above the navel. Expand cutaneous incision up to 4 cm. Eliminate carboxypeperitoneum. Edges of the wound are hooked. Mobilized kidney is led to the cutaneous incision. Tumor is excreted into the wound and is performed by its resection.
EFFECT: technical result ensures a reduction in traumatic nature of the method by eliminating the need for an additional incision and introducing a surgeon's arm for complete mobilization of kidney during the laparoscopic stage and resection of the tumor by the open method through a slight cutaneous incision at the location of the central optical trocar.
