FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spraying of liquids, solutions. Centrifugal wide pattern nozzle contains a housing with a whirling chamber and a nozzle insert. Housing is provided with an inlet pipe having an opening, inlet cylindrical chamber coaxial with housing, whirling chamber located coaxially with respect to the inlet chamber and made in the form of a cylindrical cup having at least three tangentially disposed openings on the lateral surface. Holes axes are disposed tangentially relative to the swirling chamber. Nozzle insert is arranged aligned with swirling chamber. Inside the insert there are three in-series calibrated holes, which are coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the swirl chamber: conical hole with a diameter of the lower base of the truncated cone, central cylindrical hole, and outlet conical hole with a diameter of the lower base of the truncated cone. Diameter of the central cylindrical hole of the nozzle insert is equal to the diameter of the upper base of the truncated cone of the conical hole and the diameter of the upper base of the truncated cone of the output conical hole. Screw thread is made on the surface of a conical hole with a diameter of the lower base of the truncated cone turned towards the whirling chamber. Nozzle is further provided with a swirler made in the form of a screw located on the outer surface of the whirling chamber. Direction of whirling of liquid flow on the screw is the same as the direction of whirling of the whirling chamber.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher efficiency of spraying.
