FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Mixture for baking pancakes includes wheat flour and other recipe ingredients, in addition comprising a binary protein-vitamin composition in an amount of 50 % of the total weight of the mixture. First component of the binary protein-vitamin composition is soya embryonic flour obtained from the waste fraction from the processing of soybean seeds into grits or flour, heat treated and degreased, and the second component is a powder of animal origin, taken in the ratio of the weight parts as 2:3 respectively. As the second component of the binary protein-vitamin composition can be used beef meat powder, broiler meat, liver beef, liver chicken, pink salmon fish or fish based on chum salmon.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the nutritional and biological value of the product, as well as to give it a functional orientation due to the content of vitamin E.
