FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to vascular surgery. Perform electroneuromyography of the lower extremities before surgical revascularization and after two weeks. Determine the speed of propagation of excitation (EPS) for the tibial and peroneal nerves. Calculate and compare the EPS for each nerve with the values of EPS before the operation. In the case of an increase in EPS at least one nerve by 20 % or more from the initial value, critical ischemia is recognized as docked. In all other cases – undocked.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the reliability of the diagnosis, which is achieved by evaluating the functional state of the nerve tissue of the limb.
