FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and can be used to treat patients with occlusive diseases of the terminal portion of aorta and iliac arteries. Self-expandable T-shaped stent-graft-prosthesis consists of the main body and the bifurcation part of the aorto-bifurcation prosthesis. Main body is made of dacron or lavsan prosthesis reinforced from the inside by a self-opening metal stent with a closed cell type. Bifurcation part of the aorto-bifurcation prosthesis is sewn with a continuous locking stitch with a monofilament non-absorbable material into the formed oval hole on the side wall of the main body. Main body is compressed-packed into a peel-away introducer, at the same time being a delivery system, and has the possibility of disclosure after positioning in the necessary part of the aorta while removing the delivery system due to its own forces of radial stability.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform a seamless aortic prosthetic anastomosis, avoid prolonged aortic clamping, minimize the time of the training process, is fully compatible with traditional laparotomy access, mini-laparotomy and, directly, laparoscopic access.
