SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and discloses a method for determining the activity of lipid peroxidation in nail plates of living people. Method includes mechanically grinding the sheared nail plates of living people, extraction with a solution containing phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) and 96° ethyl alcohol in a ratio of 5:1, respectively, dialysis of the mixture, carrying out a chemiluminescence analysis of the extract obtained, in which the intensity of the fast burst (F max, RU) is determined, the time at which the maximum of the kinetic curve of chemiluminescence (T max, s) is reached the tangent of the angle of ascent (tg of ascent) and of descent (tg of descent) of the kinetic curve of chemiluminescence and the light sum of chemiluminescence (S, RU), and by the combination of these parameters determine the presence or absence of activity of lipid peroxidation in the nail plates of living people.

EFFECT: invention can be used in dermatovenerology, clinical pharmacology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, biophysics, biochemistry for chemiluminescent analysis of nail plates.
