SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely a honey and vegetable additives based food product. Food product contains natural honey and an additive of vegetable origin in the form of lavender, with the following ratio, wt%: natural honey 99.9–99.95; lavender 0.05–0.1.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to expand the range of products based on honey with therapeutic and prophylactic properties, as well as with improved taste and aroma.
