FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in a virtual environment, situations are created that require the patient to make decisions on getting out of them with the greatest concentration of attention on goal achievement. Simultaneously, a local focus on a virtual mobile object is required. At that, throughout the rehabilitation session, the patient's condition is monitored by the electrical activity of brain, miogram, heart rate measurement with an option to upgrade the situation created based on the control results. Before and after the session - the condition of patient's visual system is monitored to measure its temporary and spatial-frequency-contrast characteristics, with a possibility of selection of a spatial and time frequencies band in virtual environment that provide compensation for violations of the patient's contrast sensitivity.
EFFECT: method allows to create neurotechnologies for rehabilitation of patients with neurocognitive disorders due to restructured visual system and incorporated time and spatial frequency channels of the visual analyzer, which provide stimulation of adaptive possibilities of the brain associated with cognitive functions.
