Method of manufacturing cereal semi-finished products for quick to make porridges includes rolling the groats to a thickness of flakes of 0.5 mm, treatment with edible liquid carbon dioxide for 5–10 minutes at a pressure of 5.8–7.0 MPa and a temperature of 20–26 °C.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve both fat-soluble and water-soluble components and shorten the cooking time of the product.
