FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to a method for forming products from a mass of a food product. Method includes the steps of: moving the mold cavity, which is part of the mold element, past the feed channel. Feed channel fills the cavity with a mass and is connected to a feed pump. Feed pump pumps the mass through the feed channel into the cavity. In the process, a determination and/or detection of the position of the mold cavity with respect to the feed channel and the adjustment of the desired predetermined pump pressure are performed.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain a high-quality molded finished product.
