FIELD: meat processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of a food product drum. Proposed food-forming drum (2) comprises inner element (24) with inner cylinder (16), several ribs (17) extending in radial direction from inner cylinder (16), at least one porous element (46) connected to ribs (17) and made of porous material with interconnected pores, and several rows of product cavities made in porous element, each of which contains one or several product cavities. Porous element stretches radially above the radial extension of the ribs. At least one rib comprises at least one recess (21) filled with porous material.
EFFECT: design of drum allows to simplify process of washing and cleaning of drum surface, and also to strengthen its rigidity.
