FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fracturing rocks. Device for fracturing rocks consists of a controlled rock-breaking mechanism placed on a self-propelled frame, made in the form of horizontal and vertical cutting discs (HCD and VCD), and a rock-separating mechanism made in the form of a hollow dump with a wedge-shaped working surface and a blade. HCD are located in the lower plane of the dump. VCD are located at its ends. Rock-breaking mechanism is equipped with a disc platform made hollow and installed in the bottom of the dump with the ability to move along the guides installed parallel to the dump blade between its lateral faces. HCD are located under the disc platform, and their shafts pass through it and are connected to the drives via reduction gears, which are located in a cavity of the disc platform.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the reliability of the device.
