FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product with low emissivity. Coating is applied to a glass substrate, said coating comprising: a first IR reflecting layer containing silver; a first contact layer containing NiCr; a dielectric layer containing silicon nitride; a second contact layer containing NiCr; a second IR-reflecting layer containing silver; a third contact layer containing NiCr; another dielectric layer containing silicon nitride; a layer containing zirconium oxide. Second IR-reflecting layer is thicker than the first IR-reflecting layer. Each of the first and second IR-reflecting layers is at least twice as thick as the layer containing zirconium oxide. Visible light transmission of the coated article is not greater than 60 %.
EFFECT: reduction of visible light transmission, higher chemical, mechanical and weather durability of coating, higher coating stability during heat treatment.
