SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a salt of (S)-7-(2-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridin-4-yl)-1-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one and an acid selected from a group consisting of hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, malonic acid, maleic acid, tartaric acid, methanesulphonic acid, benzenesulphonic acid and toluenesulphonic acid, as well as a pharmaceutical composition based on said compounds having an inhibitory effect on PDE9.
EFFECT: object of the present invention has applicability as a drug of pharmaceuticals, is to provide a salt or a crystal dissolution property and compounds with improved oral absorbability.
