SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used in rehabilitation of patients at different times after the emergence of the pathology of the musculoskeletal system. Use a virtual environment with controls and sensory interaction with a virtual object. Taking into account the information received from the recording electroencephalographic and electromyographic sensors on the head and the affected limb, respectively, as well as the patient's ability to move, regulate the volume of control virtual movements in such a way that gives a sense of completeness of the performed movement when demonstrating tasks of virtual reality. Moreover, sensory interaction with virtual objects through the use of the visual, auditory canal, as well as tactile and proprioceptive stimulation of the limb receptors, to ensure the patient's association with the virtual avatar, with sensation of tactile and proprioceptive contact with virtual objects and a sense of completeness of the performed movement.
EFFECT: method allows to provide restoration of movement of hands and functions of walking of patients against the background of the defeat of the central or peripheral nervous system, as well as in the pathology of the musculoskeletal system due to the use of virtual reality, taking into account the information received from the recording electroencephalographic and electromyographic sensors.
