FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the final shape ice objects completion, i.e., a plate, a bar, a cube, etc. Ice plates freezing method is implemented by freezing water in a layer of oval-spherical granules, which voids are filled with ice balls of the appropriate size both between the granules and the walls of the mold.
EFFECT: reduction of the layer from oval-spherical granules freezing time in ice objects of finite form.
