SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiovascular surgery. Suturing the incision of the aorta begins at the left angle of the incision, forming an eight-shaped suture. Ends of the threads are tied, leaving one end of the thread longer than the other in half. Further, the incision of the aorta is sewn with a long filament by a U-shaped seam with the width of the step and the depth of capture of the aortic wall from the edge of 4–5 mm, while observing the mirror points for insertion and excision on the intima of the aorta. Suturing is stopped on the antero-middle part of the aorta. Then, in the same way, the right half of the aortic incision is sutured, starting from the corner, to the seam of the left half. After this, by a short thread the second row on the left half of the aortic incision is laid with a suture seam, with the capture of tissues at the same depth and width of the step, passing the needle in the middle of the U-shaped jabs. Thread is tightened on each stitch of the suture. Then, the right half of the aortic wound is sutured in the same sequence, continuing to the last jaws of the sewn-in left half of the incision. To remove air from the left heart, the tip of the mosquito is inserted between the edges of the aortic incision between the stitches on the front surface of the aortic suture, remove air from the left heart through the hole on the suture, after stopping the air intake, the clamp from the aorta is removed with the head of the table lowered and “open through the aortic suture”, mosquito is removed after passage of 5 fixed on the pletism of contractions of the left ventricle, after which the threads of the U-shaped seam are tightened and tied.

EFFECT: method reduces duration and laboriousness of the intervention and prevents bleeding.
