FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hepatology, transplantology, and can be used to treat hepatic insufficiency in an experiment. For this, a mononuclear fraction of cells is isolated from the bone marrow of the donor rat. Then, after their cultivation, a fraction of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of the bone marrow is extracted from them (MMSC KM). Further, from the resulting fraction, the total RNA of MMSK CM is isolated. Resulting RNA is administered intraperitoneally or to the parenchyma of the liver at a dose of 15–45 mcg per 100 g of the weight of a rat with induced hepatic insufficiency. Administration is carried out at least three times with an interval of 1–3 days between the first and second administration and then after 2–5 days between subsequent administrations.
EFFECT: method provides for repeated use of the preparation obtained, prevents complications associated with the use of stem/progenitor cells, inducing a process of accelerated and effective regenerative regeneration in the damaged liver.
