FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hepatology, and can be used for correction of chronic hepatic insufficiency in experiment. Unsorted bone marrow mononuclear cell fraction is obtained from a donor rat and stored in a Custodiol solution at temperature of 4–6 °C for 3–18 hours. Thereafter, total RNA is obtained and introduced intraperitoneally to an experimental rat animal, in which modelling of chronic hepatic insufficiency, in dose 90–110 mcg/100 g of animal's weight on 7th and 14th days after model creation, is preliminary performed.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length and improving the effectiveness of eliminating functional and structural disorders in the liver, including histological signs of fibrosis (formation of connective tissue septa in the liver) in simulating chronic hepatic insufficiency, by increasing the regeneration process power in the liver, formed within the nonspecific adaptation syndrome of the cell system on the effects of stress factors of the weak and moderate biological force, due to activation of total RNA from unsorted bone marrow mononuclear cells pre-autophagy during storage in Custodiol solution.
