FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for estimation of the professional risk to health related to arterial hypertension development for workers engaged in underground mining under conditions of labour with production noise at levels above permissible. The following laboratory indicators are determined in the blood of workers carrying out underground mining under the conditions of labour with productive noise above the permissible level: contents of high density lipoprotein, homocysteine, atherogenic index, malonic dialdehyde level, antioxidant activity level, vascular endothelium state through the degree of reduction of brachial artery diameter growth; in the case of confirmation for all laboratory parameters of the occupational conditioning, the probability pi1 of deviation of the vascular endothelium state and the probability pi2 of arterial hypertension development in workers with deviations from the normal state of the vascular endothelium are determined. The professional risk RiAG to workers health is calculated.

EFFECT: increased method accuracy and reliability.
