METHOD FOR ESTIMATING RISK OF HEALTH PROBLEMS IN EMPLOYEES OF TITANIUM-MAGNESIUM PRODUCTION WHOSE LABOUR ROUTINE INCLUDES NIGHT SHIFTS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2630605 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: employee's work experience is determined. A survey, testing and clinical examination are conducted to assess the functional state of the employee's body. The functional parameters of HRV are determined: the value of the power spectrum of the high-frequency component (HF, %) and the ratio of the values of the low-frequency and high-frequency components (LF/HF). The laboratory parameters are determined: the level of malonic aldehyde (MDA), the level of monocytes, the absolute number of eosinophils in the blood, the eosinophilic-leukocytic index, the level of lipoprotein(s) and homocysteine, the level of low density lipoproteids (LDLP), the C-peptide activity, the glucose level. Further, the presence of deviations of these functional and laboratory parameters from the physiologically normal state is determined. If the employee simultaneously has 6 years of work experience or more, vegetative dysfunction syndrome, HF decrease less than the lower limit of the normal state, LF/HF increase higher than the upper limit of the normal state and if at least five laboratory parameters with deviations from the upper limit of the normal state are present at the same time, the high health risk is assessed.

EFFECT: health risk is reliably estimated due to a comprehensive assessment of the work experience and information laboratory and functional parameters.
