SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coating material composition. Described is a coating material composition, which consists of coated film forming resin (A), crosslinking agent (B), and resin beads (C), where the compression strength of resin beads (C) at the time of 10% pressurised deformation of an individual resin bead, measured by means of a micro-compression tester, lies between 0.1 MPa and 20 MPa, and, furthermore, the recovery of resin beads (C) following 90% pressurised deformation of an individual resin bead, measured by means of a micro-compression tester, is at least 80%. Coating films are also described.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a coating film with high resistance to pressure, adhesion and bending capacity.
