SUBSTANCE: highly effective composite binder includes, % by weight: portland cement without additives of the CEMI-42.5B 30-90 grade, ash and slag mixture - mineral filler 10-70, TOLSTOPLAST UTS-Scandinavia® Tolstoplast hyperplasticizer 0.2-2 by weight of the filler and clinker component. A method for manufacturing a highly effective composite binder includes grinding the components in the presence of a water-reducing component and dosing them, and separate grinding of portland cement and ash-and-slag mixture is carried out in the presence of a water-reducing component, which ensures the ratio of the specific surface area of portland cement to ash-and-slag mixture equal to 4500 cm2/g: 7500 cm2/g or 7500 cm2/g: 4500 cm2/gr.
EFFECT: reducing the proportion of the clinker component in the binder composition with a simultaneous improvement in indicators: reducing the water demand of the cement paste, ensuring the minimum capillary porosity of the cement stone, increasing the strength, frost resistance, water resistance and overall durability of products.
