FIELD: furnaces and plates.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-bath reflecting furnace for remelting aluminium scrap. Furnace contains a body formed by refractory external side, front and rear end walls, two baths limited by hearths, a roof and walls, two holes, a gas duct and a welded frame on which everything is placed. Furnace is installed on a welded pedestal filled with concrete with asbestos crumb filler and having heat insulation. Steel box with heat insulation between it and each wall is welded to the furnace frame. Furnace has injection two-row fourteen-mixing burners and cylindrical twelve-mixing burners. Furnace roofs are heat-insulated. In the rear end wall, there are two tapes. Furnace is equipped with two lined rotary bowls with lined rotary troughs, which are installed with possibility of rotation during pouring of liquid metal. Two economizers are mounted in the furnace on the afterburning chambers. Furnace has a dust-gas cleaning system containing a mixing chamber, a “ДН-11.2” smoke exhauster and a four-section dust-gas cleaning unit.
EFFECT: enabling reduction of heat loss to environment when using heat of exhaust gases in economizer and implementation of ecologically clean process of remelting on natural and artificial draft due to use of dust-gas cleaning system.
