FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Pre-fabricated shelter contains a framework, an airlock, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filtering and ventilation device, a toilet and water and food supplies and is equipped with a block quick-erectable earthquake-proof construction containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single construction, it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, one of which is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves formed on four faces of the parallelepiped in the plane of its symmetry, the grooves being formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes formed on four faces of the parallelepiped, the spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in size, and are joined in a block, prefabricated structure by means of connecting elements, connecting element consists of two flanged, oppositely arranged and coaxial cylindrical threaded sleeves, with fixed mounting discs to their end parts, on which the elements for threading the sleeves into a single cylindrical body are made, inside which is coaxial, and coaxially it is located elastic core, along the axis of which are rigidly fixed along the entire length of the cavity, damping disks, while outer discs are fastened to the mounting discs of the vibration damping material, and in the cavities between the disks there are helical coil springs, with coaxially elastic core inside the resilient cylindrical body having at least three elastic rods of less rigidity than the rigidity of the elastic core, they are fixed in the damping disks in such a way that their external surfaces touch the inner surfaces of the helical coil springs.

EFFECT: reduction of the shelter construction time due to providing the frame with a modular enclosed structure.
