FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: shelter contains a frame, a sluice, places for accommodation of evacuees, a filter-ventilation device, a toilet, and water and food supplies. The shelter is equipped with a block quick-erectable seismic-resistant structure containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single structure; it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, one of which is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped in its symmetry plane. The grooves are made with cylindrical openings for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are mated with the first ones and made as a rectangular parallelepiped with studs made on four faces of the parallelepiped. The studs are made with cylindrical openings for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element. The surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equidimensional, and are united into the block quick-erectable structure by means of the connecting elements. The connecting element for the seismic-resistant structure blocks consists of an elastic cylindrical body with installation discs fixed at its butts. The cylindrical body cavity is filled with a damping material, and the body is formed of two flange, oppositely arranged and coaxial cylindrical threaded bushings with installation discs rigidly secured to their butt part, on which the elements are made for threaded connecting of the bushings in a single cylindrical body made of an elastic material, e.g. elastic spring steel, the cavity of which is filled with a damping material, e.g. a vibration-damping mastic of "WD-17" type.
EFFECT: reducing the shelter erection time due to equipping the frame with a closed block structure.
