FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aircraft engine building. First block of thrust bearings of the discharge pump of oil pump unit includes two front bearings, which are installed in the lower shell of the oil unit. Second block of thrust bearings includes two rear thrust bearings, which are installed in the middle shell of the oil pump unit. Thrust bearings are hydrodynamically adapted to the working parameters of the teeth and interdental cavities of the gear wheels and are provided with an inlet and an outlet channel, forming together with the gear wheels of the pump the successive sections of the oil path. Thrust bearings are made in the form of a truncated disc with the formation of a flatten. In this case, the entrance channel of the front thrust bearing of the driving wheel is made in the form of a through radial-arc opening. Input channel of the front thrust bearing of the driven wheel is executed with a partially blind radial-arc opening. Entrance channel of the rear thrusts is made in the form of an arc blind passageway having an inner wall and an oil-retaining bottom platform, twisted in the direction of rotation of the corresponding wheel in the projection on the conventional plane normal to the vector of input of the pumped oil into the pump. Disc of each thrust bearing has an arcuate area for holding and transferring the evacuated medium in the interdental cavities of the gear wheel rim, determined from the boundary of the pit filling channel prior to the beginning of the extrusion zone of the pumped out medium.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by a group of inventions is increased efficiency, resource and reliability of the discharge pump of oil pump unit.
