FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Suspended-type vibration isolator consists of an elastic element, a cover and a base. System for adjusting the rigidity of the elastic element is made in the form of a flexible connection, one end of which is intended to be fixed to the object, and the other end is mounted to the lid, with the possibility of moving along and locking it. On the lid guides are made in which a creeper is placed in which the other end of the flexible connection is fixed. In the cover are made holes, through one of which the other end of the flexible connection is missed and fixed on the base. Elastic element is made in the form of a vibration damping spring comprising a housing made of a helical hollow elastic steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. In the gaps between the tubes there is a friction element. Surfaces of the casing and the additional resilient steel tube touch the surfaces of the friction elements. Screw solid resilient pin is set coaxially to the casing. Friction element is made in the form of a granular fill made of sintered copper-based friction material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
