FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a frame made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, rested on the top covers of left and right elastic members, respectively. The horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which are connected to each other by a base plate in the lower part of the frame. A platform for a vibroisolated object is mounted on the base plate through a vibration damping spacer and a vertical stand. The left elastic element is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring with an integrated damper. The spring consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part has rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The segmental profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction lubricant. The right elastic element is made in the form of a vibration damping spring, containing a body made of a helical hollow elastic steel tube. The additional elastic steel tube is installed inside the body with a gap. A friction element is located in the gaps between the tubes. A helical solid elastic pin is set coaxially to the body.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance.
