FIELD: security systems.

SUBSTANCE: system of preempt sounding of space in front of moving surface or submarine vessel contains floating and air vehicle, device of their suspension, respectively, in lower and upper parts of vessel. Floating device contains a body, water jet engines, steering wheels, sonar, magnetometer, depth manometer, swiveling spotlight, video camera, GPS sensor with remote antenna, autonomous microcomputer, alarm sounder, flashing beacon, aircraft warning lights, SOS signaling device, conducting rope, fiber optic cable, dynamometer, tautness meter sensor, angular sensor of horizontal and vertical position of cable, extinguisher of longitudinal and lateral oscillations. Aircraft contains a body with gas control thrusters placed on it, combined with steering wheels, magnetometer, video camera, GPS sensor, autonomous microcomputer, alarm sounder, flashing beacon, aircraft warning lights, SOS signaling device, cable-rope, fiber optic cable, dynamometer, tautness meter sensor, angular sensors for vertical and horizontal position of the cable.

EFFECT: provides protection of ships from underwater obstacles.
