FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: variants of a method for producing a food product are proposed. Method of producing a food product, comprising providing at least one production tool adapted to contact with food products. Releasing agent is then sprayed and released of said sprayed releasing agent from the spraying device, wherein applying pressure to release the release agent is not necessary to achieve spraying, and applying the sprayed releasing agent to either the surface of at least one production tool adapted to contact with food product or to the surface of the food product. In another variant of the spraying process, the device is designed to blow a sprayed releasing agent at a speed of less than 10.67 m/s. In a third variant of the process, the release agent is sprayed into a plurality of evenly distributed droplets.
EFFECT: inventions allow improving the technological process, effectively preventing product adhering to the working parts of the equipment and applying the releasing agent only to the desired surface.
