SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of starch and can be used to produce starch from potatoes. Device for producing starch from potatoes in the first embodiment contains successively connected means of grinding potatoes into potato porridge, a collection-accumulator of potato porridge, filter, a means of ultrasonic treatment of potato porridge, a system of hydrocyclones and means of thickening, dehydrating and drying starch. Device for ultrasonic processing of potato mash is a container on the lower part of which uniformly located magnetostrictive radiators are fixed on the outside. In the device for producing starch according to the second embodiment of the invention, the collector drive of potato porridge is located after the filter and is a container, on the lower part of which a uniformly arranged magnetostrictive emitters are fixed on the outside.

EFFECT: using a group of inventions allows to increase the yield of starch, improve its quality and reduce energy consumption and the time of receipt of starch.
