FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: use to control creation of nanocrystalline structures on the basis of recognition of their optical spectra. Essence of invention lies in the fact that method for controlling creation of nanocrystalline structures based on the recognition of their optical spectra is to record the optical spectrum, generated by nanocrystalline structure being created, comparison of the optical spectrum with the reference spectra and generation of control signals based on the results of comparison, wherein control signals are formed by increasing or decreasing the concentrations of the components included in the chemical composition of the nanocrystalline structure.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility of increasing accuracy of control and reproducibility of the nanocrystalline structures being created.
