SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a manual cutting tool for cutting cylindrical flat food products such as pie, pizza or cake into sectors of predetermined sizes. Knife for cutting food products into sectors contains a blade and a handle. Knife is provided with means for orienting the cutting edge of the knife, placed partially or completely in the knife handle or completely on the handle of the knife and made in the form of a laser builder of a cutting plane provided with means for changing the angle of inclination of said cutting plane.
EFFECT: as a result, the design of the knife is simplified.
