FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Explosion proof panel for the industrial buildings and structures protection against emergency situation contains explosion-proof elements, which are made in the form of an explosion-proof plate containing a metal armored frame with a metal armored shell and a filler-lead that has four fixed pipe-supports in the ends, and in coating of building there are embedded rigidly four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports of panel, at that, the filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in form of chips, and the support rods are made resilient, and to the support rods ends dampening the shock wave impact additional elements are attached from the metal frame facing side. Additional elements are made in the form of the disc-shaped elastic members package, each of which comprises circular base, which is movably disposed on the retainer by means of at least two pins, while one end of the pin is rigidly fixed to the abutment, and the other – enters with a gap in the hole made in the base, and fixes it by means of a nut, to the bottom of the base rigidly and coaxially to it, a cylindrical beaker is attached with a cavity and a hole through which a rod passes through the gap, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the abutment, and the other – in the coating of the object, the rod moves inwardly into the sleeve, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the stop, and the other is movable, with a clearance enters the cavity of the cylindrical beaker, the pack of disc-shaped elastic members is arranged, with a slight preload, between the abutment and the circular base, and in the cavity of the cup there is an additional resilient element, for example, made in the form of a helical coil spring, the rigidity of which is less than that of a pack of disc-shaped elastic elements, and the cavity is filled with a vibration damping material.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of personnel in highly explosive premises.
