SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing a compendial extract from fish tissues. Method for producing a compendial extract from fish tissues, including the grouping of fish according to the mechanisms of aging, sex and age, and fish are selected with no parasites from the habitat in which environmental monitoring is conducted, collection of fish samples of muscle tissue or caviar, further samples are frozen, the muscle tissue is ground, passing through a meat grinder, and caviar is crushed in a mortar and poured the resulting raw material with a cooled extractant — distilled water or 90% aqueous ethanol solution, homogenize in a blender, extract, the extraction mixture is poured into centrifuge tubes which are equilibrated and centrifuged, the supernatant is filtered from the fat, for extracts extracted with water. Filtrate is collected in a vessel for freeze-drying with the latest compendial requirements — the method of volumetric titration under certain conditions.

EFFECT: above described method makes it possible to expand the arsenal of methods for obtaining compendial extracts, which makes it possible to obtain a compendial extract from fish tissues in a certain moisture content.
