FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and includes a product, a pharmaceutical composition, which contain, as a first active ingredient, a PDE2 inhibitor compound of formula (I); and as a second active ingredient, one or more PDE10 inhibitors, selected from the group consisting of MP-10, compound A and compound B, in the form of a combined preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in the treatment of patients suffering from neurological or psychiatric disorders, selected from the group consisting of psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders and motor disorders. Also, the group of inventions is represented by a PDE2 inhibitor of formula (I) and a PDE10 inhibitor, selected from the group consisting of MP-10, compound A and compound B, for their combined use in a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides enhanced therapeutic effects of PDE2 inhibitors and PDE10 inhibitors, described above, with their combined application in patients, suffering from psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders or motor disorders.
