SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for monitoring the operation of an earth-moving machine. System for an earth-moving machine is proposed, comprising a control system for working aspects of an earth-moving machine; and a monitoring system receiving input signals from one or more sensors contained on or in close proximity to an earth-moving machine, wherein the monitoring system is configured to determine whether the earth-moving machine is in the first state or in the second state. Moreover, during operation, if the digger is in the first state, then the control system allows the digger to perform the first action; or if the digger is in the second state, then the control system prohibits the digger to perform the first action. In this case, the working aspects of the digging machine control system include the limitation of the drawing speed based on the loading angle.

EFFECT: optimization of the dynamic movement of the digger and reducing the probability of operator error.
