FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to professional diseases, and can be used to prevent anthracosilicosis in miners. For this, in the bottomhole, carbon samples are taken for the section of the bottomhole with furrows, dust content of the mine air is measured during the operation of the mining machine for the destruction of the coal-bearing massif, additional samples of air are taken in the working zone of the machine and installed in it a dispersed composition of silicon dust, while the danger of the miner's disease with anthracosilicosis is established according to the work experience in the dust-laden air and the amount of fine dust dispersed by the lungs, which is dangerous to health.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the likelihood of disease by sampling and measuring the finely divided fraction of silicon dust, both the most dangerous part of it, and the total dust load during operation of the coal mining machine.
