FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to diagnose Parkinson's disease. For this purpose, peripheral blood is sampled, a CD45+ homogeneous cell fraction is separated with lysis of the separated cell fraction. In the CD45+ cell lysate, a concentration of the oligomeric alpha-synuclein is measured and at a concentration greater than 2.7 pg/ml, Parkinson's disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention allows diagnosing Parkinson's disease, and forming risk groups among persons with a lack of neurological disorders.
