SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing postural disorders in Parkinson's disease (PD). Patient's blood serum is examined for the concentration of the galanin neuropeptide, and if its quantitative content is 26 pg/ml and above, the absence of postural disorders is stated. If value is 25 pg/ml and lower, the presence of postural disorders.
EFFECT: invention provides higher specificity and accuracy of diagnosing postural disorders, accessibility, objectification of the method.
