FIELD: nanotechnology; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology and the food industry. Method for producing rosemary nanocapsules is characterized in that carrageenan is used as the nanocapsule coating and rosemary is used as the core, while rosemary is added to the carrageenan suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c, then stirred at 1,300 rps, after which 3 ml of benzene are added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, the core: shell weight ratio being 1:1 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method for producing rosemary nanocapsules is proposed.
