FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to treat pregnant women with preeclampsia of moderate severity. To do this, injected with introduction of ekulizumab under the control of hemodynamic, laboratory indicators of the pregnant and functional state of the fetus. In this case, ekulizumab is administered intravenously drip for 25–45 minutes. Course of treatment includes a 4-week initial cycle with introduction of ekulizumab at a dose of 600 mg per week for 4 weeks and maintaining a cycle of 900 mg of ecozulizumab at week 5, followed by introduction of 900 mg of euculizumab every 14±2 days.
EFFECT: invention provides prolongation of pregnancy in patients with preeclampsia of moderate severity by reducing the pathological activity of the complement component system.
