METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF ISOLATED PREECLAMPSIA AND PREECLAMPSIA, DEVELOPING ON THE BACKGROUND OF UNDIAGNOSED CHRONIC ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2713436 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for differential diagnosis of isolated preeclampsia (PE) and PE, developed against a background of previously unidentified chronic arterial hypertension (CAH), including masked CAH. Value of maximum systolic arterial pressure for the period of hospitalization, speed of pulse wave propagation, concentration of aspartate aminotransferase in blood serum and index of augmentation is calculated, values of classification function S1 and S2 are calculated by formulas: S1=0.6505×MaxSAP+5.5947×PWPS+17.7756×LogAST-0.4911×AI-90.5509, S2=0.744×MaxSAP+6.614×PWPS+20.27×LogAST-0.583×AI-121.244, where MaxSAP is the maximum systolic arterial pressure for the period of hospitalization (mm Hg), PWPS is the pulse wave propagation speed (m/s), AST is the blood serum aspartate aminotransferase (Un/l) concentration, AI is the augmentation index (%), and if S1>S2, isolated preeclampsia is diagnosed, and if S2>S1, preeclampsia develops on the background of undiagnosed chronic arterial hypertension.

EFFECT: method enables simplifying differential diagnosis of preeclampsia in pregnant women.
